Can Jalview autosave a project file while the user is working?

Currently Jalview only saves the state when asked to do so. Previous versions of files are backed up but only at the point of user-instigated saving of a new file.

Suggest an optional feature of saving state every 15 minutes (configurable) to a temporary file (e.g. BackupFiles.getTempFile()) if a change has been made to the desktop layout/data.
