Find in 2.11.1.2 isn't reporting all matches for a regex

      Description

      Confirmed issue with Find in Jalview 2.11.1.2. [~tobygibson] provided example of problem with their alignment, [~jprocter] was able to show a similar problem in the uniref50 alignment:

      Compare results for the following in jalview 2.11.1.0 and Jalview 2.11.1.2

      1. Import uniref50.fa
      2. Enter '[PC]..[C]' in the Find dialog, and hit 'Find All' - 31 hits are reported in 2.11.1.0, but only 30 in 2.11.1.2.
