Cannot export annotation rows for just selected/visible region via Stockholm

Import an alignment with sequence associated annotation rows (eg. one attached to this issue). Ensure the annotations are shown, hide some columns, and then export as Stockholm - no annotation is exported unless 'include hidden columns' is ticked in the export.

Similarly, select a region and export as stockholm - no annotation is included.
