JPred prediction for a sequence with start position greater than one is offset when added to a new view via 'Add Reference Annotation'

1. Import and compute a secondary structure prediction for:
>1FYN/85-142

2. In the original window, right click on the sequence and use the 'Add Reference Annotation' option to show the JPred results. No values are shown in the annotation track.

What should happen is that the same positions are annotated in the original window with the same data as in the JPred prediction.
