Description
In linux, Jalview's group of independent JFrame windows each have an icon in the taskbar (and in the window header).
The main Jalview Desktop has an icon set by the Splashscreen which is a Jalview logo.
Other JFrames (such as Java Console and Help) appear with a default Java icon, which appears unrelated to Jalview.
In some window managers that group related windows this can lead to Jalview appearing under a default Java icon (which expands to show the Jalview icon for the Jalview window).
Each JFrame could set its own icon (which seems to be ideally 64x64 pixels).
