Description
ENA data is now imported via flat-file (JAL-3692), also allowing GenBank file import to be made available for Jalview users.
A comprehensive import test against a reference implementation needs to be conducted to critical aspects of ENA and GenBank:
1. Need Local mirror of ENA (dundee HPC cluster)
2. Ideally also a local mirror of ENA as XML
3. Construct test class based on Stockholm IO and project IO round trip (these tests include reusable asserts that compare database references, annotation and sequence content).
