Description
JalviewJS as a jupyter plugin.
There are several levels for this epic. Off the top of my head:
1. View MSA data as an embedded JalviewJS view
2. Adapt JalviewJS windows and dialogs to work correctly within the output region of a juypter notebook cell.
3. Allow JalviewJS widget state to be saved and restored so visualisation settings are recovered when the cell is re-executed.
4. Store interactive downstream analyses as an executable script so they can automatically executed when the cell is re-executed.
