remember preferences for associated trees

I do a lot of loading associated trees to assess features of my alignments. Each time I have to deselect "fit to window", click "sort alignment by tree", deselect "show distances" and select "show bootstrap values". It'd be wonderful if there were a way for jalview to remember my preferences to save me having to do this each time.
