copy/paste

Intermittently (!?) I cannot access the clipboard using jalview. Trying to e.g. paste text (from e.g. either a textbox or edit sequence) into another application gives nothing. Textpad gives an error something like "clipboard is locked by another application". This was happening regularly a few days ago and now I cannot reproduce it (nothing has changed on system other than a reboot). I will add a comment if I see it again to try to give more information.
