Sprint:2.11.1.1 Release
Description
Jalview bugs whenever I try to "save" a file (any format) with the following error:
"Something went wrong with the backups of this file. Yes/No Dialog" It appears that Yes/no are functionally equivalent in this dialog.
This is whether or not I have "make backups" checked.
Workaround: Saving as a new file works fine, and if I first delete the old file that is opened it will save the loaded version with the original file name. (nb. in 2.11.1.0 nothing output to the java console, but 2.11.1.1 has more verbose error logging).
Also note that I can open and save to this file name with other applications e.g. Textpad, so the file handle is not locked at a systems-level.
This doesn't happen on my debian machine, just win10.
