xfam accession fetcher should employ .gz download endpoints

      Description

      RFAM and pfam alignments can be downloaded gzipped by adding the /gzipped suffix to their respective XFAM client configuration in Jalview's ws/dbsources/Rfam/Pfam.java

      e.g. http://pfam.xfam.org/family/PF10486/alignment/seed/gzipped
