Review way in which URLs for features are reported to user and preserved via GFF & Jalview Features

      Description

      Some of the Jalview documentation and supporting training materials have become outdated because since Jalview 2.11, URLs associated with features are mostly restricted to links embedded in the description string for a sequence feature.
      * URLs used to be indicated by showing a 'link' symbol in the tooltip, but this is no longer shown.
      * URLs used to be able to be specified for a feature via a GFF column 9 attribute (link or url, IIRC)
      * ..

      We need to trawl our old docs and issues, and mailing list posts to check what was needed and how we have drifted :)
