Description
Java2Script/SwingJS seems to require that any page that deploys a SwingJS application is served from the same directory as the swingjs directory that contains the application.
This is a blocker since for most bioinformatics databases, static assets (ie the JalviewJS/swingjs directory) will be provided at a separate directory path to the database's entry pages.
Reported for the JalviewJS alpha by [~smoretti] at https://github.com/jalview/jalview-js/issues/5
