Automated acceptance tests for JalviewJS releases

We need a set of minimum tests that a JalviewJS release should pass before it is ready to release.
e.g. the following should be able to be performed without errors reported on the javascript consoles, or alert dialogs generated.
0. at a bare minimum, all example files/demonstrations should be loaded successfully.
1. all database fetchers should successfully retrieve example acessions
2. the unref50.fa file should be able to be loaded, uniprot references retreived for sequences, and a Jmol Structure View opened showing structures superimposed according to the alignment for all sequences.
