      Description

      New builds are needed to monitor status of various test suites for:
      - Functional-failing - tests that should eventually pass and can be moved to Functioal
      - Memory usage/leak tests (JAL-3176)
      - Operational - tests that monitor endpoint-health and compatibility of Jalview's web service integrations
