      Description

      jalview.gui.JDatabaseTree constructor has on line 125

       source.remove(tn);

      but tn is a value, not a key., so nothing will be removed ever.

       Introduced in commit b85adcbd258498734f6635724360629b4d0f73ec

      Reported by Mungo to be in an unused class. Closing.
