Feature Editor dialog opens with 'Show Sequence Features' unselected

Double-clicking on a residue with one or more features displayed opens a dialog where the feature(s) may be edited. The dialog still opens if 'Show Sequence Features' is not selected (so no features are visible). It shouldn't.
