      Description

      Follow on from JAL-3121 - it would be useful to have a preference and checkbox allowing the Jalview feature colourscheme to be included in GFF3 output, since Jalview is able to re-import the colourscheme !

      (addendum - perhaps a gff3-friendly way of specifying the colourscheme could be found as an alternative)
