      Description

      Create configuration files for dependencies and patching of release branches to suitably build jalview.jar for debian package.

      Debain packaging is one of the most stringent so will allow packages to appear in all debian-derived Linux distributions (e.g. popular distributions like Ubuntu, Mint).
