Description
Presently Jalview uses the system's default sans-serif font unless the user specifies otherwise.
We could bundle a well-designed licence-unencumbered sans-serif font to be used by default to give a more uniform appearance across platforms. We can then also be sure that the java font-renderer is happy with this font's hinting and anti-aliasing.
