      Description

I initially installed Jalview 2.11.0 through miniconda as per the instructions on the jalview website (http://www.jalview.org/getdown/release/). This installation went smoothly and Jalview appeared to work without any issues. However, when trying to open the Groovy console to run a script, an error message appeared. Mungo assisted with this, and noticed that my installation was running java 11 and that this was likely the root of the issue. When I made a new conda environment running Java 8 instead, and installed Jalview through miniconda in this new environment, Jalview 2.10.5 was installed by default rather than 2.11.0.

I've since installed Jalview using the offline unix shell installer, and now Jalview 2.11.0 is running as expected, including the Groovy console.
