Override autoannotation preferences when loading project

      Description

      If a specific auto-annotation (Quality/Conservation/Consensus/Occupancy) is deselected in Preferences, then it is not shown after loading a project, even if the annotation was saved with the project (because the annotation is not created with the viewport). Auto-annotations selected in Preferences are shown, even if they weren't saved in the project.
      Annotations should be restored as saved (perhaps by temporarily overriding the relevant preferences while loading the project).
