      Description

      Pfam and Rfam web sites are available via github as docker-compose runnable repositories. The story is to evaluate the technical feasibility of deploying JalviewJS as an embedded component in Rfam's pages, initially as a replacement for the now defunct JalviewLite Applet view page.
