Truncate long feature descriptions for display

      Description

      Very long feature descriptions (e.g. an 800 base indel) are not readable and can obscure other useful information.
      They should be truncated for display, including
      - alignment tooltip
      - feature details popup menu tooltip
      - feature details tabular report
