Jalview should not automatically be associated to structure files (.pdb, .cif, .mcif, .mmcif)

At some point I installed Jalview 11, and now all my CIF files are tied to it. I just want to be sure that was not an automatic setting that happened. I suppose it is possible that I did that, but doubtful, as why would I (personally) ever open a CIF file with Jalview?

Also, when it went to open that file (from clicking on the CIF file's directory icon) Jalview started up with all sorts of sample windows.

Probably not something a user would want.
