Double-click on 'Show feature' selects columns

A double-click in the 'Show' column of Feature Settings not only toggles feature visibility (twice), it also selects columns containing the feature.
This should only happen for a double-click in the 'Feature Type' column (as per the tooltip).
It's quite easily done unintentionally and could mess up the user's analysis.
