Compute feature colour before box colour if no transparency

ResidueColourFinder.getResidueColour() first computes the 'residue box colour', then (sometimes) replaces this with the feature colour. Could shortcut this (with care) by computing feature colour first (unless transparency applies), and residue colour only if no feature colour present.
