TestNG tests not running under Windows/Eclipse

      Description

      I can't seem to get TestNG to run under Windows for JAL-3253-applet.. This is probably a variety of issues, which I am making my way through, one by one. PDBFile test, for example, was trying to match \ with / in a file name.
