      Description

      I have made jalview.bin.Jalview implement JalviewJSApi, which extends JalviewLiteJsApi

      and added a method

      parseArguments(String[] args)

      as a starting point for a generic set of methods that extend the capabilities of JalviewLiteJsApi.
