Jmol structure viewer has unspecified, too small default dimensions

Jmol frame is coming up with an unpacked, unspecified, too small window (something like 347 x 323). I have tentatively set this to 600,600 as a default and created messages to include a preference for that. It is not set up yet for Chimera, as I do not know how to do that.

Totally open for discussion, but we do need a larger and specified Jmol window.
