Better management of many sequence features popup windows

Followon from JAL-2792:
Lots of sequence feature windows being open can be hard to manage:

Perhaps a tabbed window would suite here - alternatively change the layout to allow additional features to be appended as sets of additional rows int the report. I think it could be good to be able to create 'feature collections' - ie manually selected features of interest.
