Automatically hide alignment calculation rows when only one sequence is present

      Description

      Conservation, consensus, and Quality are not relevant with one sequence so it would be convenient to hide them by default when only a single sequence is displayed. Similarly, Secondary Structure Consensus rows can be hidden if just one source of structure is present.
