codon consensus text not scaled to fit within consensus histogram

Observed on 1.8 and 11 OSX - CDS consensus logo text scaling is wrong so text appears outside the histogram.

1. Retrieve the Ensembl example ID and show Uniprot products
2. Ensure show logo is enabled:
Codon consensus is not scaled correctly with respect to histogram when there are gaps in the peptide alignment (e.g. when only a few transcripts are present) - here the histogram shows 100%, but codons are scaled to fill in proportion to the number of transcripts aligned at that position.
