SHIFT+Meta+Key menu accelerators aren't being assigned shift

      Description

      Operations performed via an accelerator, such as paste to new window (SHIFT+CMD+V) are being shown as (CMD+V) and in some cases override other operations.

      Test: Select a sequence, copy (CMD+C) then paste (CMD+V). A new window is opened with the copied sequence rather than it being pasted to current window as happened in previous versions of Jalview.
