      Description

      Tasks include:
      - update all docs & website to ensure FAQs and instructions no-longer mention webstart.
      - clearly mark valid instructions and docs regarding launching old versions of jalview via webstart as being *legacy* and not supported
      - Provide getdown channels and JVL links for old versions of Jalview
      - JAL-3280 - migrate to advertising Jalview versions via a different URL rather than the legacy location: webstart/jalview.jnlp
