Getdown splash screen background not appearing

      Description

      When getdown splash screen appears for the first time, the background image is not appearing (so the splash screen is mostly just blank). It doesn't appear even if the splash screen is on-screen for a little while (e.g. downloading application). The progress bar and text appears.
