      Description

      JalviewJS builds need to report versions, originating git commit, etc in the same way as Jalview builds.

      [~gmungoc] suggests it would also be useful if a build run from a local eclipse install would also report correct build metadata.

      History: originally this patch was fixed for JalviewJS/develop on 24th May 2019. Reopened so the gradle build system can be updated in order to accommodate publishing build_details in the jalviewjs/site directory.
