Minor Description
Add an additional parameter to disable the editing functionality so the user can render, prepare figures, do trees etc, but cannot actually edit the alignment.

This was received from help@jalview.org as a request from xav.bailly@gmail.com but he has given no additional information as to the extend of view-only functionality (eg lock editing, feature display settings, annotation display settings, disable hide/show, etc...) that is required for his application.
