Description
                    Hi,
When I export an alignment as EPS or SVG in order to make a figure, if I export as lineart (for either EPS or SVG) the alignment is rendered correctly, but if I export as text, the shading boxes are misaligned to the text. The font I am using is Courier, which should be available everywhere, so I don't think it is an issue of font incompatibility.
The workaround is I just use the lineart rendering, which is fine, but I would prefer to use the text rendering as (1) the file is a lot smaller and (2) it facilitates editing afterwards in a vector graphics program - e.g. to edit sequence IDs or scale markers. Is there a monospaced font that you recommend for the best cross-platform compatibility?
Cheers
Oli
