Column selection via ruler is broken when hidden columns at left of view

      Description

      Use either develop(fceb361f2da8878902f9726ab694947f5317e153) or Jalview-JS/develop () Import the example project: exampleFile_2_7.jar
      Select the 'FE2S2 Representatives' view and click-drag in the alignment ruler from column 69 to 75. On mouse release columns 63 onwards are selected.

      Beginning the selection of columns farther to the right has no effect on the start region ultimately selected. This looks like a regression that's brought back the 'can't select columns properly if preceding columns are hidden' bug.
