Per-group clustal colourscheme changes when different groups in the alignment are selected

Affects at least every Jalview release since Maxim was an undergrad ( ;) ).

Import an alignment and create a couple of groups. Select 'All Groups' in the Colours menu, and then Clustal. Now click any of the groups - note the Clustal colourscheme changes according to the picked group's amino-acid distribution (ie if a colouring rule is met in the group's profile, then those amino acids in other groups will also be coloured according to the rule).
