      Description

      Replace "ant build" with gradle,
      also replace app creation using same process.
      Working off develop and with AdoptOpenJDK1.8 in first instance.
      Use existing directory structure, all new gradle configuration and artifacts will appear under a "gradle" dir at the top of the directory tree.
