On the Jpred page it says
JNetCONF: The confidence estimate for the prediction. High values mean high confidence. prediction - helices are marked as red tubes, and sheets as dark green arrows.
But the output is a bar graph and numbers not tubes and arrows. So I was going to suggest the final text is deleted.
