Can edit a feature so that start > end

The Amend Feature dialog allows start or end to be modified to any value, including start > end. Jalview will save the amended value but doesn't know how to handle it for rendering or analysis. Suggest the dialog should programmatically prevent change of start to more than end, or end to less than start.
