Sequence features and crossreferences lost if input linked CDNA/Protein view closed before MSA result shown

Import a few sequences from ENA, and show Uniprot cross-refs.
Submit proteins for alignment and whilst it is running, close the alignment windows.
The newly aligned protein sequences will have no DNA crossreferences or protein sequence features.
