Noticed while testing JalviewJS, but also in 2.10.5.
Make a split frame (e.g. fetch EnsemblGenomes example, show cross-refs).
Selecting either CDS or peptide columns correctly selects mapped columns in the complementary view.
But on selecting peptide columns after CDS, or vice versa, selection mapping stops working.
