Description
Noticed whilst bug-fixing JAL-3127
New groups created by subdividing the alignment seem to not get the correct threshold for switching the residue text colour from white to black.
Try selecting a shading scheme with dark colours (blosum 62), then subdividing so that some regions are dark blue.
Open text colour threshold dialog and pick a threshold that switches some text to white, close it and then do a subdivision again. The letters will switch to black again.
Opening the dialog once more and clicking on the slider's position will switch them back to white.
