Sort group associated annotation rows in same way as ordering of groups in the alignment

1. Import the uniref50 alignment,
2. enable 'show group conservation'
3. Create a tree.
4. Subdivide the alignment - the group conservation rows should be shown ordered in the same way as the sequences in the alignment.
- sort alignment by tree - the rows should be ordered as the partitioned branches of the tree.
