Group conservation/consensus not shown for newly created group when 'Apply to all groups' selected

      Description

      1. Import uniref50.fa
      2. Select Annotation->Automatic Annotation->Apply to all groups
      3. Select Annotation->Automatic Annotation->group consensus
      4. Select a region and press CMD/CTRL-G to create a group

      A Group consensus annotation row should appear. Shift+CMD/CTRL-G should cause the row to disappear as the group is undefined.
