Jalview uses '.jar' as default extension when saving projects

Open an alignment and use File->Save As.. to save it as a project.

Enter a bare name without an extension and observe that the filename that is generated will have a '.jar' appended. Since we deprecated the '.jar' extension for projects, we ought to use .jvp instead.
